1) The Journey Awards National Committee provides basketball leaders in provinces across Canada with awards categories and criteria.

2) To assist the Journey Awards National Committee, P.H.A.S.E. 1's Alumni from across Canada will collect player information from local coaches, event organizers, scouts, sports journalist university/college coaches, and governing bodies.

3) The Journey Awards National Committee will then compile lists of nominees in the various categories (see awards category list).

​

4) Final list of nominees are provided online for Fan Voting.

​

5) Finalist are decided based on a combination of A) Journey Awards Committee Voting B) P.H.A.S.E. 1 Alumni Voting and C)Fan Voting

6) Final award winners are announced online and invited to attend Journey Awards Gala to be recognized in front of Peers
